Kivu is handmade in our Lyonnais workshop 🇫🇷

The Kivu deodorant is based on sweet almond oil and without essential oils. For a good smell for your armpits, it contains jasmine 💐 or sweet almond fragrance🌰of natural origin.

This is our first vegan deodorant! We decided to replace the beeswax with vegetable wax, carnauba wax. For our animal friends 🐝

Thanks to its small, practical format, it slips into your bag to come to the rescue of your armpits at any time, after a sports session 🚴 or before your next date 😉 and what's more, its packaging is 100% recyclable ♻️

Why is it version 1?

Because our products are constantly evolving and improving based on your feedback. Kivu deodorant is therefore due to change.

How to use it ?

1. Remove the deodorant cap and use your finger to push the product slightly out of its packaging
2. Spread it over the entire surface of your armpit, keeping your finger at the level of the pusher to prevent the product from sinking during application

If the product is too solid, you can warm it for a few seconds against your armpit or run it under a stream of water.

Storage: close the cap tightly after use to preserve its freshness.

Je suis très satisfaite de ce déodorant. Une odeur agréable et qui tient la journée. Hyper efficace, très belle découverte. Juste un peu compliqué de faire glisser le déodorant dans le contenant en carton

HYPER efficace, quelques améliorations a apporter

J'ai commandé récemment le déo Néo jasmin et il est vraiment très efficace. 2 petits points d'amélioration néanmoins selon moi : le parfum n'est pas fou (mais discret ce qui est bien), et le tube est difficile a sortir de son étui je trouve.

Deo très efficace avec un parfum délicat. Je vais repasser commande

L'une des meilleures solutions de déodorant solide que j'ai pu tester jusqu'ici.
La senteur jasmin est juste équilibrée comme il faut pour sentir bon sans que ce soit trop.
Régule bien la transpiration tout au long de la journée.
Seul bémol qui n'en est pas vraiment un, je trouve que 50 g c'est un peu léger, je verrais bien une version 100 g.

Sens super bon et est vraiment efficace

Etant habituée à des déodorants industriels, je suis agréablement surprise de voir l'efficacité de ce déo naturel ! Merci Sloé

Is Kivu effective?

Our Kivu deodorant is very effective thanks to magnesium hydroxide which absorbs moisture and sebum, so you can rest easy all day! 😋

What's more in version 2?

Thanks to your feedback, we have developed version 2 of Kivu: for application, we have increased the sweet almond oil; for effectiveness, we have reinforced the magnesium content, our main active ingredient against perspiration; and for the fragrance, we have intensified the fragrance of natural origin.

Is Kivu completely natural?

Indeed, Kivu is made up of 88.5% ingredients from organic farming. Unlike many other deodorants on the market, it does not contain aluminum salt, bicarbonate or alcohol ♻️

Why is Kivu different from other deodorant brands?

Many brands opt for a method where oils are mixed with hydrogen peroxide to reduce oil usage, mainly for economic reasons. However, this approach has a drawback: exposing vegetable oils to hydrogen peroxide can alter their beneficial properties for the skin, including their ability to hydrate and nourish. Kivu chooses not to follow this method, thus preserving all the moisturizing properties of the oils in its formula ☁️

Is it anti-perspirant?

Our product is not indicated as an antiperspirant, it is a neutralizing product against the bad odors of perspiration. Antiperspirants are designed to block sweating by clogging sweat glands, while Kivu works primarily by masking body odor without necessarily preventing sweating. So it won't hinder your body's natural sweating process 🌬️

Is it suitable for pregnant women?

Our deodorant is perfectly safe for pregnant women. Enriched with natural ingredients such as sweet almond oil, Carnauba wax and Shea butter, it offers a gentle and effective solution to stay fresh throughout the day, without compromising the health of the mother and of the upcoming baby 🤰
