Are you on vacation or haven't finished all your soaps? No panic
You can simply postpone or cancel your next delivery.
You have the possibility to postpone/cancel one, several or all of your products in your subscription plan.In this case, remember to repeat your modification for all your products if you wish to postpone/cancel your entire delivery.
To cancel: from the “My account” tab in the menu> Click on “Manage my subscription” > “Delivery schedule” page > Select the product(s) to cancel then click on “ Cancel this product".
To shift: from the "Delivery schedule" page> Select the product(s) to shift > "Preferences" column: click on "Modify" > "Preferences" page > “Next delivery”: click on “Shift delivery date” and choose your new delivery date for the product in question.
